WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PRICES - 2010/2011 - Updated 1st October 2009
Wedding Day Retainer Fee - £200.00
This is a non-refundable retainer fee payable at the time of the booking which secures the booking. This amount is subsequently deducted from your final price. Retainer fees may be paid by cheque or by cash at the Studio.

Once you have selected your main package, you may then choose additional items to create your unique package, if they are not already included in your package price.
Bride & Groom Pre-Wedding Portrait Session - £175.00
A fun and informal portrait session at a location of your choice i.e. your wedding location. In addition the Bride and Groom will receive either: 1. Where there is no Evening Reception photography, you receive one framed and mounted 18"x12" photograph of your choice or
2. Where we are photographing the Evening Reception, a 15"x10" image in a 30"x20" frame. The image is mounted on white and will be presented to your Family and friends at your evening Reception for them to sign a personal message in silver pen to commemorate your big day.
All the images will be uploaded into a password protected online album to share with family and friends.
Please note: If your pre-wedding session takes place outside of the Yorkshire region, additional mileage charges may apply.
Extra album Pages / Additional Images - Please contact us for prices.
Most of our albums can have extra pages / images inserted. The cost is dependent on the album type and style. Please contact us for details. Second Photographer Addition - Please contact us for prices.
Some of our packages have a second photographer included in the price. The role of the second photographer is to unobtrusively capture the emotion of the day reportage style. Blending silently into the background, they will capture the hugs, tears, smiles and joy often without anyone being aware they are being photographed. This results in some fantastic, relaxed images. Bridal Preparation Photographs - £100.00
Steve will attend and capture the pre-wedding fun and nerves on the morning of the wedding as the Bride is getting ready. Standard Parents Albums x 2 - £150.00
Ideal as gifts, the Parents Albums are a great way to say "Thank You". Each album contains 20 photographs printed at 6"x4". The images in the album can be custom selected by yourselves or your Parents so that the album reflects a personal choice of photographs. The albums are finished with a presentation box. Deluxe Parents Albums x 2 - £250.00
The Deluxe Parents Album simply oozes quality. As soon as you see it, you cannot wait to open it to see the images inside. This stunning book is the perfect way to show off your photographs from your wedding and is a perfect gift for parents. The book features a wrap around magnetic cover finished with silver metal trim. Inside are twenty 7"x5" photographs each with a mount. The album is finished off with a presentation box. Wedding Breakfast Speeches - £100.00
We will attend and cover the layout, cake (if available), toasts and the speeches. The images will be uploaded into your online album for your guests to view. Please Note: We do not take any photographs whilst you and your guests are actually eating your meal. When taken with the Evening Event photography, a discount of £50.00 is applied (Total cost for both - £200.00)
Evening Event Photography - £150.00
We will attend and cover your evening event for up to four hours. We set up a studio so your evening guests can have some fun, relaxed, informal shots taken. Perfect for those who were not at the Ceremony or Wedding Breakfast. The images will be uploaded into your online album for your guests to view. When taken with the Wedding Breakfast photography, a discount of £50.00 is applied (Total cost for both - £200.00) Canvas Prints - Please contact us for prices.
We can supply your favourite image from your day in colour or black and white on a canvas print. A full range of sizes are available. Framed Prints - Please contact us for prices.
We can supply your favourite image from your day in colour or black and white in a wonderful frame. A range of sizes and colours are available. Image Retouching / Colour Conversion / Editing
The prices above are fully inclusive of all image modifications if required. If what you are looking for is not here - tell us! We will gladly quote you on any additional package additions. We STRONGLY recommend that once you have booked your preferred wedding location and secured the date, you then book all other services, including your photographer, as soon as possible. Whilst a year or more in advance may seem like a long time, Steve gets booked well in advance.
Bookings for wedding are ONLY confirmed upon receipt of your wedding booking form and deposit. An appointment to discuss your forthcoming wedding, or a quotation, DOES NOT constitute a confirmed wedding booking. Should another couple require the same day – the couple who provides the completed booking form and deposit will be deemed to have booked this day. Early booking is highly recommended to ensure that we can cover your wedding.
We reserve the right to use alternative albums of an equal or greater value should our suppliers change their product range between your booking date and wedding date.

Upgrading Your Package
We often hear the words "Well love them all - we can't choose" or "They are all fantastic - We want them ALL" - well now you can!
Your package may be upgraded within 7 days of your online album going live. Simply deduct the amount already paid from the package price you would like to upgrade to.
Telephone us on 0115 714 0004 and let us know which package you would like to upgrade to and we will email you the relevant Order Form. Simply return your order form and a cheque for the balance to the Studio.
It's as easy as that!
Remember: Packages may only be upgraded WITHIN seven days of your online album going live.
We supply a full range of print image sizes and photographic products which may be purchased in addition to those included in the packages above (where applicable), please contact us for further details.
Terms and Conditions
The Inclusive sessions are designed for one single family unit only, for example Mum, Dad and children or one portrait party of a maximum of 8 attendees. This ensures you receive sufficient images in your online album to choose from for your inclusive package images. Where extended family are to be photographed or your family number exceeds 8 people, please contact us. A double session may be booked where a discount will be applied to the cost of the second session.
