Here at Steve Oatway Photography we have revolutionised the way we charge for our services.

 

We don't expect you to choose and pay for your album before your wedding, instead you pay just for the photography - then once you have enjoyed your honeymoon you come back into the Gallery to view the fully edited images and then we can work with you to choose and design the Album or Coffee table book that suits you and your images.

 

 

We work with a number of suppliers across the World who provide a wide range of presentation products from traditional matted albums through to beautiful press printed books with a range of image wrapped, acrylic or aluminium covers - but until we have seen the images we can't suggest the product which will best show off your day, which is why we prefer not to make that choice before the wedding day.

 

Because of this approach we now have a very simple pricing structure, you book us for either a half-day or a full-day - that's it, but whichever you choose you will get

·      Slideshow disk to share with friends and family

 

 

 

If you opt for a half-day coverage you can choose to have that as Bridal preparation and the wedding coverage, or maybe the wedding coverage and reception up to cake cutting - it lasts for up to 5 hours so you can be as flexible as necessary within that time.

 

 

 

If you opt for the full day coverage then we are with you from start to finish, from bridal preparation through the ceremony, reception up until it's all over.

 

Bridal preparation coverage can itself take a couple of forms, if the wedding is taking place in a venue where the bride and groom are staying prior to the ceremony then we will actually capture the preparations of both the bride and groom separately of course), if the bride and groom are not at the same location for the preparations then we will concentrate on the bride but ensure we arrive at the wedding venue in plenty of time to capture the nervous groom and his entourage prior to the arrival of the bride.

Signature mount – this is a stylish alternative to the traditional guest book, taking one of the images from the pre wedding shoot we place it in a 21” x 19” photographic mount and deliver it to the reception venue where your close friends and family can write their messages of love and best wishes, after the wedding we take the mount and frame it for you in a moulding of your choice                                                                          £175

 

Coffee table book – A hard backed, image wrapped alternative to the traditional wedding album, and images are printed on heavy photographic paper, usually created in a square format but both landscape and portrait formats available. The book comes as standard with 20 spreads (40 pages) and will typically contain between 80 and 100 images, extra pages can be added for a small cost.                                                      £285

 

 

DVD of all images – A disk with all the best images of the day, fully edited and with a license to produce unlimited prints                                                                           £350

 

Bespoke albums - A selection of beautiful albums from the finest suppliers around the world, pages can be either in a traditional matted format where the images are inserted into apertures cut into the page, or a more modern press printed format where the images are printed directly onto the page allowing for greater creativity in the structure, format and layout of the finished design. All of our albums can be supplied with luxurious leather, fabric, acrylic or aluminium covers to suit your needs. The albums come as standard with 20 spreads (40 pages) and will typically contain between 80 and 100 images, extra pages can be added for a small cost                                                                                                                                              £600

 

 

 

All books and albums will have a minimum of 80-100 images in them, and the final design will be sent to you for approval and amendment prior to production.

 

 

 

A £200 deposit is required to secure your date and the balance is due 1 week prior to the wedding.

DVD will have a minimum of 300 images but will depend on half day or full day coverage.
